The average set of dentures is a seven-step, multi-week process:
1. Starts with a dentist visit to get molds made
2. Molds are sent to lab for casting
3. Molds sent back to dentist
4. Dentist fits molds to patient for custom fitting
5. Denture is sent back to lab for alterations
6. Refined denture sent back to the dentist
7. Patient is check for final fitting and delivery
And this all, of course, is based on the assumption that the patient only needs one refinement. If additional refinements are needed, the time—and costs—can grow exponentially.

Plus, the teeth and gum base provide a rigid skeleton similar to traditional dentures, while still maintaining a soft, compliant layer that allows for customized adjusting and superior fit.

Top Frequently Asked Questions
A: Nuvoflex is the material we used for Easy Denture. In its simplicity Nuvoflex is a thermoplastic material that activates only when placed in 212 degree boiling water. Once activated the material will turn slightly opaque and become pliable / moldable so that the customer can adapt the denture to their gums/mouth. When activated the material is similar in nature to Play-Doh in the sense that it is very easy to shape. After about 5 minutes (following being pulled from boiling water) the material will begin to harden at room temperature. The customer can expedite the process by placing the denture under cool water. At this point, if the denture isn’t shaped perfectly, the customer can re-boil and try the process again. This can be done up to 20x.
Q: Aside from the 20 refits, how long do they last?
A: If properly taken care of (cleaned regularly and cared for), Easy Denture can last (36+) months.
Q: Any special cleaning?
A: Cleaning tablets are provided in each box. These help keep the denture clean. The customer can also use water and other means to keep the denture clean, just as they would a traditional denture.
Q: Does it still require glue?
A: Correct, to hold the denture in place it is recommended to use Fix-o-dent which is provided in each Easy Denture box.
