Senior Dentures Return Policy

At Senior Dentures, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, all items must be brand new, unused, and in their original condition.

Return Process

  1. Request an RMA Number
    • Before returning an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Call (949)-713-1400 to initiate the return process and receive your RMA.
    • Write the RMA number on the return package.
  2. Return Timeframe
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase or 21 days of receiving the order, whichever comes first.
    • Returns sent after 30 days will be refused and returned to the sender.
  3. Return Requirements
    • Include the original packing slip or sales receipt.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all parts, accessories, and documentation.
    • If an item arrives damaged, it will be refused and returned.
  4. Fees & Refunds
    • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
    • Return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted or returned to the sender without a refund.
